How GFIS handles browser preferences, public contact messages and research-site navigation. Effective 8 August 2026.
01
Browser preferences
GFIS stores consent choices locally in your browser using ci_cookie_consent, ci_cookie_consent_version and ci_cookie_consent_date. The current common component does not load analytics, advertising pixels or a third-party chatbot.
02
Contact and feedback
GFIS contact and feedback forms prepare a message in your own email application. The public website does not maintain a form-submission database. Your email provider and the receiving mailbox handle the message after you choose to send it.
03
Research and technical records
Public datasets, reports and evidence files are provided as research or engineering records. Do not submit confidential plant data, credentials or restricted datasets through the public help desk or an unapproved channel.
04
Separate domains
gfis.energy is the product platform, gfis.co.in is the India collaboration gateway and gfis.chatakeinnoworks.com is a bridge to GFIS Energy. Consent is stored separately by each origin.
05
Questions and requests
Use the GFIS contact route and identify the relevant domain, page and correspondence if you have a privacy question or want to correct information you previously sent.
