01

GFIS — GreenFuel Intelligence System

The earlier GFIS literary-project record associated with the GreenWorks and engineering-journey phase. It is kept separate from the later Synthesis, National Twin and proposal works.

02

GFIS Synthesis — Bioenergy Modelling and Simulation Software

The retained desktop application source boundary: a local engineering workbench and simulation software. The deposit does not turn third-party packages or datasets into GFIS-owned material.

03

GFIS Synthesis Web — Bioenergy Simulation Interface and Service

The separately identified web-specific program expression and service interface. It is a narrower web work, not a duplicate claim to every shared engine or the desktop installer.

04

GFIS National Twin — Bioenergy Infrastructure Planning and Simulation Software

The planning and simulation software boundary for the National Twin. Public geospatial layers, external data and the general infrastructure concept are not presented as proprietary source code.

05

GFIS Industrial Bioenergy Proposal Studio

The original written selection and arrangement of the industrial pre-feasibility proposal. Akash Shivadas Chatake is named as applicant, author and owner; Chatake Innoworks Private Limited is named as first publisher. The filing does not protect the business method or a construction-ready national DPR.

Titles and diary numbers are transcribed from retained Copyright Office application or receipt records. Public links explain the related work; they do not replace the deposited copy.

Reading the record.

Original expression has a defined boundary.
So does every claim made here.

01 / Copyright

Expression, not ownership of ideas.

These records identify original expression fixed in distinct documents or software deposits. They do not confer ownership of public data, scientific facts, general methods or the idea of a national bioenergy network.

02 / Filing status

A filing is a record. Not a grant.

Each diary number identifies an application, not a granted registration. Any patent application is a separate legal track with its own disclosure, claims and examination.

03 / Product evidence

Engineering remains evidence-led.

Research results, simulations and pilot-readiness have their own validation standards. A copyright filing is not proof of industrial performance or deployment.

Signed forms, postal addresses, payment records and source-code deposits remain in the private filing archive. They are not published on this page.
